Guest Relation Officer

We are looking for Guest Relation Officer (English - Arabic Speaker) to provide high-quality service to our Holiday Homes.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you'll serve as a primary point of contact for our guests.

Job description:

• Undergraduate / college degree (Preferred)
• Previously worked at a Holiday Homes company (at least 1 year of experience)
• Has experience with Property Management softwares like Hostaway or Guesty
• Has experience and familiar with Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, and Dubizzle
• Familiar with DTCM regulations and filings
• Lives in Mainland Dubai or relatively close
• Speaks good English and Arabic
• Good sales and communication skills, pays close attention to detail
• Should have a driving license- we will sponsor the fuel
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule
• People's person, excellent communication and organization skills
• Hospitality related experience and knowledge in hospitality industry standard
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude
• Motivated and proactive

Job functions include but not limited to:

1. Managing guest check ins and checkouts

2. Guest relations and communications

3. Uploading listings on Airbnb, booking.com

4. Coordinate property management like cleanings and maintenance with respective teams

Job Type: Full-time

• Up to AED5,000.00 per month
