Job Overview Guest Service and Front Office Support

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth departure while upholding Accor s service excellence. You will proactively engage with first-time visitors, assist with directions, provide information about hotel amenities, and respond to guest needs with professionalism and care. Your role is central to maintaining high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced front office environment.

What You ll Do

* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance and a lasting first impression
* Engage first-time visitors with friendly conversation and hotel orientation
* Provide detailed information on hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions
* Ensure compliance with departmental service standards and safety policies
* Support smooth communication between guests and internal departments
* Respond to guest queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely, solution-oriented manner
* Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards at the front desk and lobby area
* Perform additional front office duties as assigned by supervisors

Ideal Profile Front Office and Guest-Facing Professionals

* Previous experience in guest services or front desk role is required
* Presentable appearance with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
* Ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and empathetically
* Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with strong multitasking abilities
* A collaborative team player with a calm and courteous demeanor
* Highly responsible, punctual, and attentive to guest needs
