On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Guest Relations Analyst to join the resort’s Guest Relations team .

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Collect, organize, and analyze guest feedback data from multiple sources (Qualtrics, ASK, online reviews).
• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and leadership reviews.
• Assist in creating dashboards and reports to track guest satisfaction and service recovery metrics.
• Collaborate with Manager of Guest Relations to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.
• Support deployment of guest recovery information to relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Utilize Power BI (if experienced) to develop interactive visualizations and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of guest issues and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
• Ensure timely preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
• Assist in special projects related to guest experience improvement and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and validate accuracy of reports.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in hospitality analytics, guest relations support, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced presentation design skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
• Experience with Power BI is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is considered a plus.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
