💼 What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of Cloud Spaces – greet clients and visitors, ensuring a 5-star experience.
• Support the Center Manager in driving sales, renewals, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct client check-ins, onboarding, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth journey.
• Manage leads, assist with upselling memberships, and handle CRM updates.
• Cover reception when needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support with invoicing, collections, and billing accuracy.
