As Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:
Provide a warm and engaging service to guests at every interaction as per Shangri-La Standards whether during arrival, stay or departure.
Enhance guest relations and loyalty scores
Provide support to ensure a smooth and efficient Guest Relations Operation.
Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional and efficient manner
Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out.
Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests.
We are looking for someone who:
Has minimum 1 years’ experience in a 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
Is fluent in oral and written English and local language
Can work with a multinational team
Has a pleasant and cheerful personality
Flexible and able to work as per hotel operational needs and requirements
