Guest Relations Officer (Female)

We are looking for dedicated Guest Relations Officer at our Model Town, Multan branch for a great customer service experience.

About the Role: As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the warm, welcoming face of our five-star confectionery outlet, creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors and into our dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming Customers - Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive at our outlet.
• Providing Information - Share details about our confectionery goods, specialty items, seasonal offerings, promotions, and catering services to help customers make informed choices.
• Handling Feedback & Concerns - Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations and build loyalty.
• Creating Personal Connections - Remember regular customers' preferences, suggest personalized recommendations, and arrange special orders or custom requests to make each visit special.
• Coordinating with Team - Act as a communication bridge between customers and service staff, ensuring orders are accurate and special requests are fulfilled seamlessly.
• Maintaining Ambiance - Help ensure the outlet environment remains clean, inviting, and customer-friendly at all times.
