Guest Relations Supervisor

We are seeking for Arabic-speaking female talent who are passionate about hospitality and committed to curating remarkable experiences for every guest.

  • Supervise daily Guest Relations operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, and support the Guest Relations team to maintain service standards
  • Welcome guests, including VIPs, and ensure personalized service delivery
  • Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to resolve guest issues
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement service improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and service records using Opera PMS or any similar Front Office system
  • Prepare reports related to guest feedback, service recovery, and team performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From KD350.000 per month
