Guest service agent/part time overnight auditor

Job Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent and Part-Time Overnight Night Auditor! In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless guest experience while managing front desk operations and financial audits. Your energetic approach will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests arriving at all hours, providing exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. 2 shifts would be overnight and 2 to 3 shifts would be 7am -3pm or 3pm-11pm.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls accurately
  • Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
  • Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying reservations, payments, and billing details with precision
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions in hotel management systems
  • Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to ensure guest and staff safety during overnight hours
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating guest profiles, and managing late-night correspondence

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management software is preferred
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems confidently
  • Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
  • Previous hotel or resort experience is advantageous; familiarity with guest relations and hospitality standards is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences

Pay: $16.00 - $16.75 per hour
