About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive - Concierge to join Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Manage and fulfil special guest requests, such as dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and bespoke local experiences, ensuring personalized service.
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, providing expert recommendations on hotel services, events, and local attractions.
  • Assist with the coordination of guest events or special occasions, ensuring all arrangements meet guest expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat guests and VIPs, offering thoughtful touches and personalized service to enhance loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure all guest requests are executed efficiently and seamlessly.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Software competencies - Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficiency in English
