  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers (walk-ins, calls, and emails), providing accurate information on company projects, services, and processes.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Leasing, Projects, Finance, etc.) to ensure customer requirements and concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Support residents and tenants with move-in, handover, and community-related queries.
  • Maintain updated customer records and log interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing customer service reports and feedback analysis.
  • Participate in customer engagement initiatives and events organized by the company.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Customer Relations Manager for resolution when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and service quality standards.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining long-term customer trust and loyalty.
