Our bookers request their booking on our app or website, and our service providers, pick the booking that works with their schedule or need. There is no minimum number of bookings per Fairy, and there is no maximum. You take what you like with just a click of a button. Easy peasy!

Seeking nanny/babysitters/home managers to care for child/ren in private homes or events.
We are seeking nurturing, responsible, and loving individuals with prior experience caring for children as huge pluses (but not required). Nanny/Babysitter must be comfortable with all activities related to childcare (preferred, but not required: cooking) and have a background in providing after-school care on a regular basis to elementary-aged children. We offer flexible hours (this is a gig platform, so you take what you like as well as an awesome range of gigs (from chores to childcare and more).

Also, we are seeing a huge demand in on-site care for events, conferences and churches. These are large holiday parties, professional conferences and mega churches and are the most popular gigs on our platform. Once you are on our platform and have taken a few private gigs, you can qualify to be a care provider for these elite events.

You must be 18 or older, apply on our website and pass a background check. When you apply, please give it 20 minutes preferably in front of a computer.

About the Position

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and culturally aligned babysitter for a young child. Language compatibility is very important, as our daughter primarily understands her mother tongue.

Requirements

• Must speak Gujarati (strongly preferred)
• If Gujarati is not available, must speak Hindi
• If neither language is spoken, preference will be given to candidates with Indian cultural background
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Prior childcare experience required
• Responsible, patient, and engaging with young children

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Engage in age-appropriate activities and educational play to promote development.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, catering to dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up play areas and children's belongings.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress and any concerns.
• Assist with daily routines, including nap times and personal hygiene.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour
