Gym and Spa Receptionist

The Role
Position Title: Gym and Spa Receptionist (2 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An ultra-luxury beachfront landmark in Dubai offering an elite lifestyle ecosystem of bespoke residences and world-class wellness amenities. Job Description: • Manage spa and gym reception operations, including bookings, resident check-ins, access control, locker/towel issuance, and POS transactions. • Deliver a premium resident experience by greeting residents and guests by name, handling calls/emails professionally, and providing clear information on facilities and policies. • Maintain a serene, immaculate wellness environment by overseeing reception, locker rooms, inventory, and monitoring safety and facility usage. • Act as the wellness ambassador by conducting resident orientations, understanding all spa facilities and protocols, and coordinating closely with amenities teams.

Requirements
Qualifications: • Open to Male Asian nationalities, up to 35 years old. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Spa, Gym, or Front Desk Receptionist in a hotel, wellness center, or high-end residential property. • Strong working knowledge of booking systems, POS software, access control, and basic fitness knowledge. • Well-groomed, highly organized, and able to maintain professionalism in a serene, service-driven environment.
