Gypsum Carpenter

We are looking for a skilled Gypsum Carpenter to work on construction and interior fit-out projects, specializing in the installation and finishing of gypsum boards (drywall). The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting, installing, and finishing gypsum board systems for ceilings, walls, and partitions, ensuring high-quality results that meet project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install gypsum boards (drywall/plasterboard) to walls and ceilings.
• Install metal and wooden framing for partitions, ceilings, and wall linings.
• Apply joint compound, tape seams, and sand surfaces to prepare for painting or finishing.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and spacing of boards and frames.
• Cut and shape gypsum boards to fit around pipes, fixtures, and openings.
• Repair damaged drywall or gypsum surfaces.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
