Duties

• Create captivating content showcasing hair extension styles, tutorials, and product features for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Manage the store’s social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
• Design eye-catching graphics and edit videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software to produce professional-quality visuals.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to optimize online product listings and blog content for increased visibility in search engines.
• Engage with followers through social listening and relationship management techniques to build a loyal community around our brand.
• Assist customers in-store by providing expert advice on hair extensions, styling techniques, and product recommendations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Support digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising and social media management to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by creating attractive displays that highlight our product range effectively.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and professionalism before publishing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation for beauty or fashion brands, especially involving hair extensions or related products.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software is essential.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Facebook Business Manager, and social listening tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising, social media marketing, branding, influencer collaborations, and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent photography skills with an eye for detail to capture high-quality images of hair extensions and styling results.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to proofread content accurately and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
