To support our expanding presence, we’re hiring a Neighborhood Marketing Coordinator who will help generate awareness and connect directly with homeowners in local communities.

Job Overview:

The Neighborhood Marketing Coordinator is the local representative of Hershberger Painting. You’ll meet homeowners face-to-face, introduce our services, generate qualified leads, and support small field teams in targeted neighborhoods. This role is active, independent, and directly impacts the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with homeowners to introduce Hershberger Painting
  • Set quality appointments and meet weekly lead goals
  • Support and coordinate field representatives
  • Track daily outreach, leads, and appointments
  • Capture photos/videos of projects for marketing use
  • Assist with local events and visibility efforts
  • Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy at all times

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in canvassing, field marketing, D2D outreach, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay organized and consistent with weekly goals
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to walk neighborhoods for extended periods
  • Leadership or coaching experience is a plus

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (optional when goals are met)

Outdoor, field-based work across Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Palmetto, North Port, Nokomis & nearby areas.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $50,000 base
  • $400/month gas reimbursement
  • Performance bonuses for self-generated appointments
  • Typical first-year earnings: $55k+
  • Flexible PTO with approval
