Handyman

A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain is seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of skills, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general repairs.

Job Description:

· Performing general maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and minor plumbing repairs

· Installing and repairing fixtures and appliances

· Responding to maintenance requests from tenants

· Repairing and replacing doors, windows, and trim

· Building and installing shelves, cabinets, and furniture

· Unclogging drains

· Fixing leaky faucets and toilets

· Replacing pipes and fittings

· Replacing light bulbs and switches

· Troubleshooting electrical outlet

· Painting walls, ceilings, and trim

· Wallpapering and texture application

· Maintaining HVAC systems and lighting fixtures

· Inspecting and maintaining fire safety equipment

Qualifications:

· Experience in general maintenance and repair work

· Must have 5-7 years of experience in the similar filed/role

· Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work

· Ability to use hand and power tools

· Strong work ethic and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
