Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across various areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building upkeep
• Identify issues early through inspections and address them promptly to prevent future problems
• Assist with installation of fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
• Follow safety protocols diligently to create a secure working environment
• Respond quickly to repair requests from management
• Proven experience in general handyman work or maintenance roles with a strong understanding of multiple trades
• Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on work progress
• Flexibility to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Nice-to-have skills include basic electrical wiring, plumbing repairs, carpentry skills, etc.
• Understand and be able to use cell phone application to report and fill out work orders accordingly
• Ensure all work is complete and closed out by the end of the day

Pay Range & Hours: Negotiable per 32BJ Union Contract

32BJ Union Position after Probation Period which includes:

- PTO

Pay: $24.45 - $32.60 per hour
