About the Role

Are you ready to take the lead in keeping world-class facilities running smoothly every day? We’re looking for a proactive and confident Hard Services Team Leader to join our Facilities Asset Management team!

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operations — ensuring all electrical, mechanical, and civil systems are well-maintained, safe, and performing at their best. You’ll supervise daily activities, support colleagues on duty, and keep coordination flowing between internal teams and contractors.

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead and supervise the Hard Services shift team
✅ Monitor plant rooms & public areas, raising tasks where needed
✅ Coordinate with service providers and contractors on PM & repair tasks
✅ Support with operational requests from different departments
✅ Ensure all maintenance activities meet standards & schedules
✅ Report issues that need immediate action
✅ Work closely with Assistant Managers and step in when required
✅ Support night shift operations and monitor ongoing project work

What You Bring

Education & Skills

  • Experience in MEP systems in hospitality or theme park environments
  • Confident with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities

� Experience

Minimum 3 years in maintenance roles within hospitality or theme parks

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of Maximo or similar CMMS
  • Familiarity with energy conservation practices
  • Trade certificates in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing fields
