Hardware Support Officer

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Hardware Support Officer to join our IT department at Unique Group of Institutions located in Lahore. This role will primarily focus on providing technical support for IT equipment and CCTV systems, ensuring all hardware functions are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and troubleshooting for IT hardware equipment.
• Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of computer systems, peripherals, and other hardware.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems to ensure continuous surveillance and functionality.
• Respond to and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of hardware assets and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware support or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with IT equipment and CCTV systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
