Head Accountant

1. Accounting & Financial Control

Supervise and finalize all books of accounts (Tally ERP, Zoho, or other software).

Oversee accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

Ensure proper classification of income and expenses across all divisions (automobile, construction, hospitality).

Review and finalize trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedule.

2. Compliance & Audit

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax returns.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and tax audits.

Monitor adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Maintain documentation for assessments, inspections, and departmental queries.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
