Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.

Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client goals, challenges, and target audiences.

Develop customized monetization strategies based on audience engagement, content type, and leverage captive environment capabilities across entire airport ecosystem.

Tailored solution design by building a customized advertising strategy that integrates the new concept, aligning the solution with the advertiser’s goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, conversions).

Collaborate with mainline agencies, poster specialist agencies, direct advertisers and analytical teams to design and execute campaigns.

Create customized advertising proposals aligned with client objectives and budget.

Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing and post-sale support.

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

Represent Adani Airports in industry forums and conferences to showcase its advertising capabilities and explore new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).

MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Media Management (preferred).
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 12 years of experience in concept selling of various advertising media formats in a full-service agency or large media house past experience in delivering storytelling-driven campaigns that integrate brand values.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a high-traffic environment,

Strong understanding of advertising trends, digital media platforms, and customer engagement strategies

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale advertising campaigns and achieving revenue targets.
Domain Expertise:

Expertise in advertising media sales, including agency and direct sales, with a focus on high- traffic environments

Experience in collaborating with government and non-government entities to develop and execute advertising initiatives.
Digital & Operational Tools:

Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data-driven decision- making.

Familiarity with digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Adobe Marketing Cloud) for campaign management.
Leadership Capabilities:

Strong relationship management skills with advertising agencies, corporate clients, and technology providers.
