Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Barista to join our team in Al Mirfa, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of coffee preparation, strong leadership skills, and a customer-first mindset. As the Head Barista, you will oversee daily operations, train barista staff, and ensure top-tier coffee service that reflects our commitment to quality and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to standard recipes
• Supervise and lead a team of baristas to ensure efficient and friendly service
• Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
• Maintain inventory of coffee supplies and place orders as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
• Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs or servicing
• Develop and update drink menus in collaboration with management
• Ensure all hygiene, safety, and food handling standards are met
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any service issues professionally
• Report daily operations to management, including sales and staff performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or head barista role
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• UAE residency or willing to relocate to Al Mirfa, Abu Dhabi
