Head Barista

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Barista with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the coffee industry. The ideal candidate will lead the barista team, maintain quality standards, create consistent beverages, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks with consistency.
• Train, supervise, and support barista team members.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of coffee machines and grinders.
• Develop new drink recipes and maintain the beverage menu standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Implement and follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage workflow, assign tasks, and ensure smooth café operations.
• Handle customer feedback and provide excellent service.
• Assist the management team with stock control and daily reports.
• Ensure all beverages meet company standards before serving.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Barista (including leadership experience).
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art, and equipment maintenance.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with passion for coffee quality and customer service.
• Positive attitude, professional behavior, and strong work ethics.

Timing:

• 6-day work week (1 day off).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
