JAE’s BUNSIK is looking for a proactive and energetic Head Barista / Supervisor to lead our FOH operations and specialty coffee program. We are seeking someone who can manage the floor, maintain high standards, and take ownership of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily coffee bar operations and dial-in process
• Create seasonal drinks and train the team
• Supervise FOH staff and maintain SOP standards
• Handle inventory, wastage monitoring, and supplier coordination
• Maintain Excel reports for stock, costing, and operations
• Ensure smooth coordination between FOH & BOH

Requirements

• Previous experience as Head Barista / Supervisor
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in inventory and supplier management
• Passion for specialty coffee and Korean culture
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE work: 4 years (Preferred)
