As we continue to expand our presence in Qatar, we are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Head Chef to lead our pastry and chocolate production and drive the creative direction of our brand.

Job Description

The Head Chef will oversee all pastry and chocolate operations, guide product innovation, and uphold the highest standards of luxury craftsmanship. This role requires exceptional leadership, creativity, and technical expertise to shape the culinary identity of Rich Chocolatier.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage pastry and chocolate production across all outlets

Develop and execute world-class desserts, pastries, and signature chocolate creations

Maintain consistency in quality, flavor, and presentation

Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing pastry team

Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and cost-efficiency standards

Collaborate with the executive leadership on menu development, seasonal collections, and product launches

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury, pastry/chocolate environments

Proven leadership experience in a senior pastry or head chef position

Advanced expertise in chocolate work, modern pastry techniques

Strong management, communication, and organizational skills

Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred

Demonstrated creativity, precision, and passion for innovation

Candidates based in Qatar are strongly preferred
