Now Hiring: Head Chef – Premium Burger Concept | Manama

We’re building something serious in Manama and need a strong kitchen leader to run the show.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Full control of kitchen operations — prep, stock, ordering, and quality consistency.

Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.

Training the team on cooking techniques, plating, portion control, and cost discipline.

Improving and developing menu items that stand out and sell.

Keeping food cost under control without compromising quality.

What We’re Looking For:

Solid hands-on experience in burgers and American comfort food.

Skilled in crispy chicken, steaks, salads, fries, and appetizers.

Minimum 3 years in a similar leadership role.

Someone organized, fast, clean, and serious about standards.
