SEAR is a modern protein house where flavor is finished by heat.

We’re looking for a Head Chef who understands restraint, precision, and control—someone who knows that the best flavor comes from the crust, the char, and the finish.

What you’ll do

• Lead a focused, disciplined kitchen
• Master high-heat protein cooking and clean fire techniques
• Develop and execute a tight, intentional menu
• Set standards and train a team that values consistency over noise

Who you are

• Experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
• Strong with proteins, searing, and finishing
• Calm, detail-driven, and confident
• Believes luxury is felt, not explained

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD500.000 - KD650.000 per month
