We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to leads all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food, consistency, and efficiency. Responsible for menu creation, food preparation, and kitchen staff management while maintaining hygiene, safety, and cost control standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute menus with consistent quality
  • Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff
  • Manage food inventory, costs, and supplier orders
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and efficiency

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a multi-cuisine restaurant or hotel
  • Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of food costing and kitchen budgeting
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and quality focused
