We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to leads all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food, consistency, and efficiency. Responsible for menu creation, food preparation, and kitchen staff management while maintaining hygiene, safety, and cost control standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute menus with consistent quality
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff
- Manage food inventory, costs, and supplier orders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and efficiency
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a multi-cuisine restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food costing and kitchen budgeting
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Creative, detail-oriented, and quality focused
