Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:
-
Identify and approach potential corporate clients (MNCs, large enterprises, consulting firms, law firms, etc.) with regular executive travel requirements.

Build a strong pipeline of prospective corporate customers needing bulk airport service packages for their leadership teams.

Account Management:
-
Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, travel managers, admin heads, CXOs).
-
Understand client-specific needs and create customized service packages and pricing proposals.

Provide end-to-end support to ensure smooth implementation and usage of services.

Sales Strategy & Execution:
-
Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, forecasting, and execution.
-
Work closely with marketing to design B2B campaigns, email outreach, and events.
-
Collaborate with internal operations and service teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
-
Contracting & Negotiation:
-
Lead contractual discussions and close annual or quarterly volume deals.
-
Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met.

Reporting & CRM:
-
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
-
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

10 - 15 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in travel, aviation, concierge services, or hospitality.

Strong network within the corporate travel ecosystem (TMCs, HR/Admin heads, corporate procurement).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience in selling to C-level or senior decision-makers.
-
Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
