Head - ERP, a techno-functional consultant with expertise in Oracle EBS and Fusion.
Requirements:

He/ she should have 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Techno-functional role.

Bachelor of Computer Science/ IT/ Information Systems. Certification in Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion Cloud) is a plus.

Should have proven track record of project management with string knowledge of Oracle Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement or other relevant modules.

Proficiency in OAF, Oracle workflow, Web services and APIs.

Experience with Fusion Cloud Tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, OTBI and FBDI and data migrations, interfaces and system integrations.
Responsibilities:
As a Head – ERP, you will lead ERP implementation, security, and optimization efforts. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless system integration, driving user adoption, and aligning ERP solutions with business objectives while enhancing operational efficiency, compliance and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Overseeing ERP implementation, deployment, system performance and business alignment.

Liaise with ERP vendors, IT partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure ERP support, updates, and alignment with business needs.

Configure, customize, and optimize Oracle EBS and Fusion to meet business and enhance system functionality.

Manage ERP security, access controls, and compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical and functional solutions.

Provide technical expertise in customizations, extensions, workflows, and reports development using Oracle tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Support upgrades, patches, and migration projects, ensuring system stability and data integrity.

Act as security gatekeeper for ERP systems, ensuring strict access control, data protection, compliance and security policies and proactive threat mitigation.

Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure ERP system resilience and data integrity in case of disruptions.

Define and monitor ERP performance metrics to assess system performance, user adoption and overall impact on business.

Manage day to day ERP support operations, ensuring timely resolution of system issues, enhancements, and post implementation optimization.

Align ERP strategy with overall IT and business strategy to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.
