Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant
with strong expertise in
Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll modules
. The consultant will work closely with QT Project Managers, vendors, and business stakeholders to define requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, configure solutions, deliver end-user training, and provide ongoing functional support. This role requires both
functional and techno-functional capabilities
to ensure successful implementation and support of business-critical processes.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Consulting & Implementation
-
Collaborate with QT PM, vendors, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and define business processes.

Configure, customize, and deploy D365 F&O modules with focus on Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll.

Analyze and optimize HR workflows, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and offboarding.

Ensure payroll systems are configured for accurate payroll processing, tax calculations, and compliance with local and international labor laws.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing end-user support.

Manage and document business and system processes using Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.
Support & Operations
-
Provide onsite techno-functional support for D365 F&O applications to internal and external users.

Manage tickets via QT ticketing system, including logging, resolution, root cause analysis, and documentation.

Build and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues and resolutions.

Ensure quality testing, integration testing, and deployment of solutions in collaboration with vendors and L3 support.

Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and problems.

Implement minor system changes, bug fixes, and enhancements as required.

Eliminate repeated incidents through corrective measures and process improvements.
Governance & Compliance
-
Control changes in the production environment to minimize service disruptions.

Support capacity management, configuration management, and service delivery in line with ITIL and ERP governance practices.

Ensure ERP implementation standards, security practices, and documentation are consistently applied.
Basic Qualifications
-
Minimum 4+ years of experience with D365 F&O / Dynamics AX implementation and support.

At least 1 full life cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Strong experience in Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll modules.

Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Procurement & Sourcing, Payroll, and HR workflows.

Experience in public or large enterprise environments.

Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodology, fit-gap analysis, testing, and deployment.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll certifications (preferred, not mandatory).

4–6 years of ERP implementation and support experience.

Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute to process improvements.

Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Project Accounting is an added advantage.
