Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Build and maintain a strong organisational culture focused on performance and employee well-being.
- Implement effective performance management systems (KRAs/KPIs/OKRs) and drive yearly appraisal cycles.
- Oversee learning & development programs, leadership training, and capability-building initiatives.
- Manage compensation and benefits, payroll accuracy, and incentive structures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, audits, and HR policies.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention, morale, and workplace satisfaction.
- Drive HR operations and systems (HRMS), ensuring accuracy of data and smooth daily processes.
- Act as a strategic advisor to management on people-related decisions, organisation design, and workforce planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, HR best practices, and organisational development.
- Excellent communication, people management, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead HR teams and partner with senior leadership.
- Experience in a structured, growth-driven organisation (manufacturing/engineering/services preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and Google workspace
