Position: Head Hunter (Talent Acquisition Specialist)Location: In-house (On-site)Compensation: Variable pay scale of Rs. 35,000 upon successful referral and submission of 100 qualified freelancer CVs per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Head Hunter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for freelancers. This role goes beyond sourcing — you will be responsible for screening, interview coordination, and maintaining HR records to ensure smooth talent acquisition operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Source and refer 100 qualified freelancer CVs monthly across diverse skill sets.

· Manage the full recruitment cycle, including:

o Initial outreach and calling freelancers for Interview Round 1.

o Coordinating and scheduling Interview Round 2 at offsite locations.

o Ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.

· Maintain and update the HR database with candidate information, interview outcomes, and hiring status.

· Build and nurture a strong pipeline of freelancers through networking, job boards, and social platforms.

· Screen CVs to ensure candidates meet company standards and project requirements.

· Collaborate with internal teams to understand talent needs and align sourcing strategies.

· Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and pipeline health.

Requirements

· Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in HR.

· LinkedIn sourcing experience.

· Proven experience in headhunting, recruitment, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).

· Strong network of freelancers and professionals across industries.

· Excellent communication skills, especially in conducting candidate calls and interviews.

· Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

· Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment platforms.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
