Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Head Hunting Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and engaging top-tier talent for mid to senior-level and niche technical roles. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys research, networking, and connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities for Head Hunting Specialist

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential candidates for mid to senior-level or specialized IT roles.
  • Perform detailed market mapping and industry research to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Use LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals for direct sourcing (beyond job portals).
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ experience, skill sets, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build long-term relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment progress and share weekly head-hunting reports with the HR Manager.

Qualification and Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.t
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or head hunting (preferably in IT or tech hiring).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and social recruiting tools.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
