Key Responsibilities

Operational & Clinical Excellence:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery across all clinic locations.
  • Implement and maintain the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
  • Manage clinic schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to optimize productivity and patient flow.

Sales, Business Development & Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for service expansion and business development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, influencers, and vendors to enhance the clinic's visibility and referral network.

Team Leadership & Talent Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment, training, and performance management for all clinical and sales staff, including Aesthetic Doctors and Nurses.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes and sales targets.

Compliance & Financial Management:

  • Ensure full compliance with all Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and Department of Health (DOH - Abu Dhabi) regulations.
  • Develop and manage the clinic's operational and sales budgets, implementing effective cost-control measures without compromising quality.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both operations (e.g., patient satisfaction) and sales (e.g., revenue targets, conversion rates).

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role within the aesthetic medicine or medical clinic sector in the UAE.
  • Proven, in-depth knowledge of DHA and DOH policies, standards, and licensing procedures is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in hiring clinical staff and managing clinic P&L, budgets, and finances.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a professional and pleasing personality.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
