Head Of Business Development

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead and execute our commercial growth strategy. This critical leadership role will focus on identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and securing contracts that support the company's long-term expansion and success. You will play a hands-on role in shaping the company's future and scaling its operations

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi water infrastructure market and procurement landscape.
• Proven experience winning public or private sector contracts
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, preferably in water, utilities, or construction sectors.

Skills

• Ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities
• Understanding of infrastructure project financing and PPP models
• Ability to communicate effectively with government agencies, private developers, and internal teams
• Knowledge of water treatment, desalination, wastewater, and industrial cooling systems
