• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the construction and contracting sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, government entities, and key stakeholders.
• Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, pre-qualification documents, and tenders.
• Collaborate with the project, estimation, and engineering teams to align business strategies with operational capabilities.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand CCC’s presence in Egypt and the region.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.

• Minimum 8–12 years of proven experience in business development or commercial roles within the construction / contracting industry .
• Strong network of industry contacts in Egypt (developers, consultants, ministries, real estate firms, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of tendering, contracts, and project delivery models.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to drive long-term partnerships and secure high-value projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
