Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to drive strategic market expansion and lead high-impact commercial initiatives.


This senior leadership role suits someone who excels at building influential partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and steering long-term growth within the investment and financial services sector.


As part of the organisation’s ongoing commitment to supporting Niqadat objectives and meeting government requirements, this position will play an important role in strengthening local capabilities within the team.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • Strong experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate strategy within financial services or related markets
  • Deep understanding of investment products, institutional partnerships, and the broader financial ecosystem
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling strategic commercial relationships
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • A confident, adaptable approach suited to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • A relevant academic background in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA beneficial)
