Role Summary:
OMA Group (Alliance Network) is hiring a Head of Business Development to drive rapid growth across Pakistan’s payments ecosystem. This role focuses on winning new business, closing strategic deals, and building partnerships with banks, FinTech's, PSPs, telcos, and merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute business development strategy across the payment's ecosystem
• Build and lead a high-performing BD team nationwide
• Drive partnerships (TPP, BIN Sponsorship, Aggregator/PSP models)
• Own revenue targets, BD pipeline, and P&L
• Lead RFPs, proposals, and large-scale client implementations
• Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, and operations teams
• Act as strategic advisor for key clients and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Technology (MBA preferred)
• 10–12 years’ experience in fintech/payments; 5+ years in senior leadership
• Strong exposure to card issuing, acquiring, gateways, TPP, PSP models, and managed payment services
• Knowledge of SBP regulations and global/local card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, PayPak, etc.)
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership presence, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: From Rs500,000.00 per month
