Head of Business & Sales

SALT Pakistan is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Head of Business & Sales to lead revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning. This role is critical in driving SALT’s vision to become Pakistan’s No.1 Prime QSR brand.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with execution excellence, bringing strong experience from leading organizations within the food, retail, or FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute aggressive sales growth strategies across dine-in, delivery, and new channels
  • Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets with full ownership
  • Identify new revenue streams (corporate deals, events, collaborations, B2B, etc.)
  • Optimize average order value (AOV) and customer frequency

2. Marketing & Brand Expansion

  • Lead marketing direction in coordination with agencies and internal teams
  • Bring fresh, youth-focused ideas aligned with SALT’s premium identity
  • Plan and execute campaigns, launches, and activations
  • Analyze competitor strategies and respond proactively

3. Business Development

  • Identify and secure new locations, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
  • Work on franchise and investment models where required
  • Build relationships with corporates, malls, and key stakeholders

4. Digital & E-commerce Growth

  • Scale online delivery platforms and own digital channels
  • Improve conversion rates, customer retention, and app downloads
  • Work closely with operations to ensure seamless customer experience

5. Performance Management

  • Set KPIs for sales, marketing, and growth teams
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance dashboards
  • Take quick corrective actions based on data

6. Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performance sales & marketing team
  • Work independently while aligning with top management
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation

Requirements

  • Education: MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role
  • Experience within food, retail, or FMCG sector preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of Pakistan’s consumer market
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
