About The Role
As a Head of Channels Development, you will work on managing Dsquares current business partners and approach new partners mainly in the GCC, and East/West/North Africa. These partners will get B2B leads to Dsqaures.
You will also be developing and managing sales channels through selected partners, creating and implementing partner specific business plans that delivers sales growth for Dsquares.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners

Act as a liaison between Dsquares BD team and assigned channel partners in the potential leads

Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective regional channel partners

Responsible for approaching and signing agreements with regional potential partners in the targeted territories

Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts

Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams

Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner agreements

Participate in the partner planning process that focuses on mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and main milestones associated with a profitable partner relationship

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any other

7+ years of experience in similar role

Previous experience of driving channel sales

B2B experience is a must

Experience selling in the Software Development Tools space via channel partnerships

Experience managing partner relationships that are based in developing and delivering service offerings tied to vendor product

Demonstrated progressive experience with B2B sales
