Job Opportunity: Head of Construction & Design

Location: Lahore & Gujranwala

Reports to: Chief Business Operations Officer (CBOO)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of Construction & Design to lead the planning, design, and execution of all store construction and renovation projects. This leadership role will ensure that our business objectives are translated into efficient, brand-aligned, safe, and cost-effective store environments. The position requires strong collaboration with internal teams, an in-house architect, site supervisors, and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for new store builds and renovations.
• Oversee design coordination with in-house and external architects, ensuring brand alignment, compliance, and functionality.
• Supervise site supervisors and ensure smooth on-ground execution of construction projects.
• Manage partnerships with vendors, contractors, and architectural firms.
• Develop and control construction budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure all projects comply with HSE, regulatory, and food safety standards.
• Provide regular progress updates and risk reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years’ experience managing construction projects, preferably in retail or QSR (Quick Service Restaurants).
• Strong understanding of architectural processes, construction codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale, multi-location projects.
• Excellent negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
