**Head of Construction & Design*

Location: Lahore

We are seeking an experienced **Head of Construction & Design** to lead the planning, design, and execution of store construction and renovation projects. This role ensures that every store environment reflects our brand, meets operational requirements, and is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead project planning and execution for expansion and renovation initiatives.

* Oversee design coordination, working with an in-house architect and external partners.

* Ensure compliance with brand identity, regulatory codes, safety, and functionality standards.

* Manage relationships with architectural firms, contractors, and vendors.

* Supervise site supervisors, review progress, and maintain quality at all project sites.

* Own and manage construction budgets, ensuring audit-ready records and cost efficiency.

* Provide regular updates to senior leadership on milestones, risks, and project performance.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

* Minimum 10 years of experience managing retail or QSR construction projects.

* Strong knowledge of architectural processes, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

* Proven leadership in handling large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
