Our next major frontier is education. We believe an informed man is our best customer — and our biggest advocate. We're building a content and media engine that will make XYRX the most trusted and recognizable name in men's longevity.

Overview

We're looking for an exceptional VP of Content & Education Strategy to own and lead our entire education and media presence. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be both the architect and a key executor. You'll set the vision, build and run the team, and personally get behind the camera, run recording sessions, edit content, and push it live across our platforms. You'll hit the ground running — activating your existing network of media relationships and partners from day one to give XYRX immediate visibility.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a brand from the ground up, working hand-in-hand with our CEO and CMO as they establish XYRX as the defining voice in men's longevity. You will lead from the front: if it needs to be filmed, you film it. If it needs to be edited, you edit it. If it needs to go live, you post it.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Brand Building

  • Develop and own the comprehensive content and education strategy across all social media platforms and podcast channels.
  • Work closely with our CEO (Milan) and CMO (Dr. Rehan) to define, develop, and amplify their personal brands as the authoritative faces of XYRX.
  • Shape the overall brand voice, visual identity in content, and editorial point of view for XYRX across all channels.
  • Identify whitespace in the men's health and longevity content landscape and move quickly to own it.
  • Build a long-term content roadmap that drives brand awareness, audience growth, and patient acquisition.

Hands-On Video & Podcast Production

You are not just a director — you are a doer. When the moment calls for it, you pick up the camera, run the mic, and make it happen.

  • Personally shoot video content — including long-form interviews, short-form social clips, behind-the-scenes footage, and educational segments — using professional camera equipment on-site.
  • Record podcast episodes end-to-end: set up and operate audio and video recording gear, manage guest logistics, run the session, and ensure broadcast-quality output every time.
  • Edit all video and podcast content to a high standard using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) — cutting, color grading, audio mixing, adding graphics, captions, and branded overlays.
  • Export and format content correctly for each platform: vertical clips for TikTok/Reels/Shorts, horizontal cuts for YouTube, audiograms for Spotify/podcast directories, and optimized thumbnails for every post.
  • Directly upload and publish finished content across all XYRX channels — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and any emerging platforms — on schedule, every time.
  • Manage all file organization, version control, and asset libraries so that nothing is ever lost and the team can pull from a clean archive of content at any time.
  • Build and refine repeatable production SOPs — from shoot setup to final upload — so quality and consistency scale even as the team grows.
  • Stay current with platform-native formats, trending sounds, captions tools, and scheduling software to maximize reach on every post.

Podcasts & Media

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of podcast bookings and guest appearances for Milan and Dr. Rehan on high-value shows in the men's health, longevity, biohacking, and entrepreneurship space.
  • Leverage existing relationships with podcast hosts, producers, and media personalities to accelerate visibility.
  • Oversee and evolve XYRX's own podcast presence — from concept through hands-on production and distribution.
  • Scout and secure strategic co-marketing opportunities with aligned creators, brands, and thought leaders.

Team Leadership & Production Operations

  • Own the entire content production function — from strategic planning and creative direction through to final delivery and publishing across all platforms.
  • Own the content budget: prioritize spend, make smart trade-offs, and consistently find ways to maximize output and quality without overextending resources.
  • Set and enforce deadlines, manage workflows, and ensure the content calendar is executed with consistency and precision — no missed moments, no slipping timelines.
  • Establish and maintain the creative quality bar for all XYRX content, whether produced in-house or by external agencies and freelancers.
  • Manage relationships with and performance of all external production partners, agencies, and contractors, negotiating effectively to get the most value from every dollar.
  • Manage a content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms, ensuring a consistent and high-quality publishing cadence.
  • Translate complex medical and scientific topics — including peptides, medications, supplement stacks, and longevity protocols — into clear creative briefs and on-camera segments.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, medically accurate, and compliant with FTC and FDA guidelines for health marketing.
  • Identify trending topics and formats in real time and direct the team — and yourself — to move quickly on timely opportunities.

Performance & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs across follower growth, engagement, reach, podcast downloads, and content-driven patient acquisition.
  • Report regularly to leadership with insights, performance data, and strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously iterate on strategy based on data, audience feedback, and evolving platform dynamics.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, digital media, brand marketing, or social media — with a clear and demonstrable track record of results.
  • Proven, hands-on experience operating professional camera and audio equipment for video and podcast production — you know how to set up a shoot, light a subject, and capture clean audio.
  • Expert-level proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and audio editing tools (Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, or equivalent) — you edit your own work and review your team's.
  • Direct experience uploading and managing content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts — you know the native tools, scheduling platforms, and publishing specs for each.
  • Proven experience growing engaged audiences and driving brand awareness in a high-trust, content-heavy category (health, wellness, longevity, fitness, or consumer health preferred).
  • Existing, warm relationships with podcast hosts, media personalities, agents, and influencers in the men's health, biohacking, longevity, or entrepreneurship space — relationships you can activate on day one.
  • Deep fluency in how major social media platforms work algorithmically and what drives viral, organic reach.
  • Exceptional ability to make complex medical and scientific information accessible, engaging, and shareable for a mainstream audience.
  • Strong understanding of FTC and FDA regulations governing health-related marketing and content.
  • Experience working alongside physician personalities or healthcare executives to build credible, authoritative content.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and hold accountable a high-performing content production team — including hiring, directing, and developing videographers, editors, and social media talent.
  • Strong command of production workflows, content calendars, and deadline management at scale.
  • A network you can activate immediately — podcast relationships, media contacts, influencer connections, and potential collaborators who are ready to move when you call.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LegitScript-certified brands or other regulated telehealth/health companies.
  • Background in or strong knowledge of men's health topics: testosterone, peptides, longevity medicine, supplements, metabolic health, and performance optimization.
  • Experience building, hosting, AND producing a health or wellness podcast end-to-end (not just fronting it — you ran the boards too).
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro) for thumbnail creation and branded social assets.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Later, Sprout Social, or Creator Studio.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment where you've scaled a content operation from early-stage to meaningful distribution.
  • An existing personal brand or recognized presence in the men's health or wellness media ecosystem.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
