About the Role:

We are seeking a highly dynamic and results-driven Head of Corporate Sales with a strong network in Banking, Financial and Telecommunication Institutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a high-energy leader with deep industry connections, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to forge long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performance business development team.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize growth strategies.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring long-term business success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, banking summits, and financial conferences to strengthen market presence.
  • Continuously monitor business performance and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles.
  • A dynamic and energetic personality with excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and think strategically.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Must have Master’s degree in Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
