Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular audits and assessments of data quality to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage data management tools and technologies to support quality and compliance.
- Prepare proposals for the department’s strategic plan, contribute to its development, and monitor implementation of operational plans to ensure alignment with goals.
- Ensure quality standards and controls for storing, transferring, and using data are applied, and submit periodic reports to the Director of Data Management.
- Monitor performance indicators regularly and prepare achievement reports for submission to the Director.
- Participate in preparing the department’s budget in coordination with relevant units.
- Develop and deliver training on data management and quality best practices.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data.
- Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to ensure services are delivered according to best standards.
- Provide necessary support to the Director of Data Management and perform any other tasks assigned.
- Execute data quality management processes including data cleansing, refinement, and validation.
- Review levels of data quality and accuracy according to classifications and global quality standards, and provide recommendations with improvement solutions when necessary.
- Develop programs that enhance continuous learning, training, and motivation for teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Establish guiding principles and frameworks for managing operations and improving productivity.
- Any other responsibilities related to the department’s nature of work or assigned by the Director of Data Management.
