Head of Delivery Operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or retail operations, ideally in the food industry.
• Experience in managing large-scale delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics, fleet management, and delivery performance KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
