We are hiring for the following Senior Roles:

Head of Digital Agency Operations

Reporting: CEO

Core purpose: Build and run a high-performance agency operation. Own day-to-day execution, delivery, systems, people management, and accountability across teams. Ensure the office operates like a well-oiled machine and output is consistently on time and on standard.

Must-have profile:

• Senior operations / agency leadership experience (e.g., Head of Operations, Head of Agency, Business Director, Delivery Director, Operations Director)
• Has managed multi-discipline teams (creative, social, dev, SEO, performance)
• Strong at building systems, workflows, process, QA checkpoints, and reporting
• Proven track record of delivering consistently with multiple teams and multiple clients
• Must have at-least 10 years of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs600,000.00 per month
