About Us

We’re on a rapid growth path and are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing who can take charge of scaling our paid ads, driving conversions, and leading overall digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale Meta Ads campaigns confidently while ensuring strong ROAS and profitability.
• Deliver results within timelines – disciplined execution, no excuses.
• Build & optimize sales funnels to maximize conversion rates.
• Plan inventory pushes by aligning ad campaigns with stock arrivals and clearance cycles.
• Lead the design & content team to create winning creatives, hooks, and storytelling that convert.
• Ensure creatives are tested systematically and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with the development team to improve CRO, site flow, and page speed.
• Track, analyze, and act on KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPM, Frequency).
• Conduct competitor analysis and propose monthly growth roadmaps.
• Manage and align with marketing, content, and dev teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated.

Requirements

• Proven record of scaling large ad spends (7–8 figures PKR/month).
• Expert in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Bonus if experienced with Google Ads, WhatsApp, and Email marketing.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce stock cycles (launching new stock, clearing old stock).
• Aggressive but data-backed scaling mindset.
• Leadership skills to manage content & dev teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
• Deadline-driven: disciplined in meeting campaign launch & reporting dates.
