Head of Digital Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a practical, SME-focused digital sales & marketing curriculum
  • Develop hands-on learning modules covering:
  • Social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Snapchat)
  • Performance marketing & paid media fundamentals
  • Lead generation and customer acquisition
  • Basic CRM and customer lifecycle management
  • Teach, mentor, and upskill SMEs through workshops, masterclasses, and digital learning formats
  • Build and manage a scalable digital learning platform (online-first)
  • Adapt global best practices into Saudi / GCC-relevant case studies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with SME needs
  • Measure engagement, learning impact, and continuously improve content


Qualifications

  • 7–12 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or digital sales
  • Proven experience training, teaching, or mentoring SMEs or entrepreneurs
  • Experience building or delivering digital marketing academies, bootcamps, or learning programs
  • Strong understanding of Saudi / GCC digital consumer behaviour
  • Hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable building from scratch
